reptiles are guaranteed.
We guarantee all of our
reptiles to arrive alive and
remain healthy for one week.
All shipments must be signed
for or all guarantees are
void. For all DOA's or
health problems that arise
within the guarantee period,
we offer exchange or store
credit only. There is
no cash back for any reason.
All reptiles must be kept in
the proper environment,
failure to do so will void
all guarantees. The
buyer is responsible for all
return shipping costs for
reptile replacement.
However, we will pay to ship
your replacement animals.
All return shipments must be
packaged properly, if you
pack improperly and the
animal dies all guarantees
are void. Due to
delicate nature of
amphibians and chameleons we can only
offer live arrival.

Dry goods must be returned
within 14 days with original
packaging and a 10%
restocking fee will be
applied. Broken or faulty
items will be exchanged only
and a
return form must accompany any returns. Books are not returnable.
Jungle Bob's Reptile World Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs. Claims on mishandled or damaged shipments must be taken up with the carrier.
Payment
All orders must be paid in
full prior to shipping.
We accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover, and American
Express. We do not
accept personal checks or
Pay Pal. Reptiles are sold on a first-come, first serve basis. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold a reptile. Payment must be made in full within 30 days of the first payment. After 30 days all deposits are forfeited. Exceptions will be made at our own discretion. If you expect difficulties with paying your balance please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipments
Live animals will
be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. There will also be a $3 box charge to cover the heat packs and boxing expenses.
Under certain situations we
may choose to use Delta for
airport to airport
shipments. We cannot
be responsible for carrier
error. However, we do
offer insurance to cover
carrier error and it can be
purchased during checkout.
Insurance is void if you do
not sign for the package.

$100 & Under = $5
$101-$200 = $7.50
$201-$300 = $10
$301-$400 = $13
$401-$500 = $16
Over $500 = 4% of order.
Anyone who purchases any
reptile, from either a
classified ad or from this
web site, is in agreement
with all of our terms and
conditions. Terms will not
be re-negotiated after the
purchase is complete.
